Working hybrid with a sea view? In La Ràpita you can rent a nice apartment with fast wifi, inspiring sea view, the beach around the corner and delicious coffee nearby. Escape the cold and combine work and relaxation from November till March.

Prices and conditions

For a stay of 4 consecutive weeks or more, in the period from 01 November 2025 till 31 March 2026, in the same apartment, you will enjoy a 20% discount on the regular price. From 9 consecutive weeks or more, you will receive a whopping 33% discount on the standard price! (These discounts are automatically calculated when you make a reservation) We charge a surcharge for energy and water of €6,- per day and tourist tax à €2,- per day per person (over 18 years) with a maximum of 7 days (€14,-).
Of course, your well-behaved 4-legged friend (maximum 15 kg) is also very welcome, as long as he or she does not cause any inconvenience to the other guests. The additional costs for this are €25.

We do not charge any cleaning costs or a deposit, but we do expect our tenants to leave the rented apartment in an orderly and tidy condition upon departure.
If you are unable or do not feel like cleaning during your stay, we can arrange for a cleaner to be hired for you at an hourly rate including cleaning products.
